He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the organization and is excited to introduce some innovative ideas to our association of Colorado basketball officials.

Nivea encourages fellow officials to further develop their skills to be the best they can be while on the court. Shane serves as the Rules Interpreter for the Upper Arkansas Valley Basketball Officials Association (UAVBOA) and has 10 years of giving back to the game. He addresses any inquiries from members and keeps the group informed about changes and updates relevant to Colorado basketball officials from season to season.
